NCSPU students took part in the international project “The Golden Lecture”

The project calls for conducting online lectures on important social issues given by the distinguished professors of the pedagogical institutions.

At the end of the previous year 2020, the rectors of the leading pedagogical universities of CIS countries – the members of the MSPU Public Council agreed on the implementation of the online international educational project “The Golden Lecture” in 2021.

The project was launched on February 25, the lecture on “The anatomy of the crisis: are there any chances for the sustainable development of the humankind?” was delivered by the MSPU Professor I.Zhigarev, Dr. of Biological Sciences, the Head of the Department of Zoology and Ecology. The environmental principles of the sustainable existence of the humankind and nature were highlighted; the consideration was given to the anthropocentric and ecocentric models of the development. The lecture was attended by the 1-3-year students of the Faculties of History and Geography, Philology, Pedagogy and Psychology, Physical Culture and Sports, the professors of the Department of Biology were also present at the lecture.
