The interest to it has increased considerably: this year, the event gathered together the schoolchildren from 14 schools, lyceums and gymnasiums.
There were various sections: “A classified report,” “Soldier’s wit,” “Drill practice,” “Assembling and disassembling the guns,” and others. The participants were supposed to face 13 challenges at the stations and get the maximum score.
The challenges required attention, precise execution of the tasks, team spirit, confidence and also the knowledge about WWII heroes. According to the jury, the schoolchildren successfully coped with the tasks.
They got involved into the game, were concentrated and serious. According to them, the game was interesting and informative, not boring at all.
The awarding ceremony will be held in March at the NCSPU (Building 1).
It should be noted, the game was presented by the NCSPU students as a project at the municipal competition “The Student of the Year”. It ranked first in the category “The Students’ project of the Year”.
