Participation in Russian Championship secured. Students of Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University qualify for main taekwondo competitions

  From November 5 to November 10, Kabardino-Balkar Republic is going to meet Tatarstan’s athletes. The Russian Taekwondo Championship will be held in Nalchik. The students of Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University secured the participation in the event having qualified at RT Taekwondo Championship. The qualifying rounds were held from September 28 to September 30. The results were amazing!

Muslim Akhtaev, weight category up to 74kg – 1 place

Emil Aliev, weight category up to 80kg – 1 place

Sergei Kirsanov, weight category up to 58 kg – 1 place

Zakhar Basov, weight category up to 54kg – 1 place

Kamil Ginatullin, weight category up to 58kg – 2 place.

According to their coach Sergei Tytkin:

“In sports, the selection of athletes for the participation in the biggest events is a constant process, the effectiveness of which is considerably connected with the athletes’ main rates: the rates characterize the level of their readiness, their sportsmanship and the ability to show the highest result in all kind of competitions. Our students showed their best side. I am sure the further victories will be ours!”

Now the athletes are preparing for competitions: stick to a strict schedule and a special menu. From September 10 to September 24, they will go to Saint-Petersburg to thoroughly train together with the team from Saint-Petersburg.
