During the meeting, the Rector Alfinur Galiakberova focused on the participation at the All-Russian conference of the heads of the executive power whose activities are concerned with the management in the area of education.

The main topic of the discussion was the issue relating to the quality of education and upbringing of the younger generation. “Education in Russia faces dramatic changes which can impact positively the younger generation,” noted Alfinur Galiakberova.

One more topic was targeted training; it should become a cornerstone for the training of personnel for the educational establishments.

One of the suggestions was conducting the profile exams for admission to university. It will allow the universities to assess more accurately the readiness of the applicants to study at the teacher-training universities. The innovations will come into effect not earlier than in 2026-2027.

The work of psychological-pedagogical classes at schools was one of the major aspects of the discussion, too.

“Every NCSPU department has been working with certain classes. We would like the applicants ( not less than 50% ) to be the graduates of the psychological-pedagogical classes,” noted the Rector.

The Rector’s advisor Dzhamilya Galagudina told the meeting about the results of the working visit to Turkmenistan. According to the agreements, six NCSPU professors will go to Turkmenistan in November.

The Rector was informed about the University session for the children from Donetsk, about the All-Russian scientific readings, about the trade union reporting and election meeting and about the results of the All-Russian scientific and practical conference “Modern challenges of psychological, pedagogical and defectological education.”

The best of the best were awarded the Certificates of Appreciation. Marina Gumerova received congratulations on her 50th anniversary. She dedicated 30 years of her life to teaching.

“It sealed my fate,” said Marina Gumerova smiling. She began her career at school as a biology teacher when she still was NCSPU student. In 2000, she started working at the university. Marina Gumerova is a successor of the dynasty of the teachers.
