Exchange of experience. Students of History and Philology Faculty of Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University successfully perform at International Online Conference in Ashgabat

On April 16, 2026, Ashgabat held an international student scientific-practical
online conference “Youth Scientific Research”. The conference was initiated by
the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the D. Azadi National Institute of
World Languages. Students from the History and Philology Faculty of
Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University took part in the event.
M. Charyev, Rector of the Dovletmammet Azadi National Institute of World
Languages, emphasized in his welcoming speech the importance of such events for
developing the scientific potential of young people and strengthening international
cooperation.
During the plenary session, NCSPU student Anastasia Izgarova presented a report
titled “From Student to Researcher: Forming an Academic Voice” (scientific
supervisor - G. Polkina).
NCSPU students presented reports on current issues in philology, methods of
teaching foreign languages, and intercultural communication.

Gilyazova A. - “Specifics of Teaching English Phrasal Verbs at the Basic General
Education Level” (Group 271, scientific supervisor - E. Tsyganova).
Tarasova D. - “Teaching Reading in English to Students with Disabilities” (Group
271, s scientific supervisor - E. Tsyganova).
Izgarova A. - “Language Learning in the Era of Artificial Intelligence” (Group
271, scientific supervisor - S. Radionova).
Participating in the conference allowed students not only to share their research
results with an international audience but also to exchange experiences with
students from leading universities in Russia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan,
Kazakhstan, China, and other countries. Particular attention was paid to issues of
digitalization in education, inclusion, and intercultural communication.
“It is a great honor for us to represent the History and Philology Faculty of
NCSPU on the international stage. We received valuable advice from experts and
got acquainted with interesting research by students from other countries,” shared
A. Izgarova.
The Faculty of History and Philology plans to include further development of
student scientific societies, expansion of international contacts, and the preparation
of new research projects.
