Challenges of the 21st century. All-Russian Student Scientific and Practical Conference discusses “Theory and Methods of Teaching Physical Education” and “Health preservation, Life Safety” issues
On April 16, 2026, as part of the All-Russian Student Scientific and Practical
Conference with International Participation “Challenges of the 21st Century”, the
Faculty of Natural Sciences, Physical Education and Sports held the sections
“Theory and Methods of Teaching Physical Education” and “Health Preservation
and Life Safety”. The experts were professors of the Department of Physical
Education and Sports, Natural Sciences and their Teaching Methods: Head of the
Department Alexander Morozov, and Associate Professors Natalya Seliverstova,
Guzeliya Akhkiyamova, and Roel Gumerov.
A total of 9 student reports were presented, addressing current issues in the study
of physical education and sports, fundamentals of safety and defense of the
homeland, as well as methods of teaching these subjects. The sections were held in
a mixed format. Students from the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Arts of
Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University participated in the sessions.
Representatives from Pavlodar Pedagogical University named after Әlkey
Margulan joined remotely.
The experts highly appreciated the level of preparation of the reports and awarded
diplomas to the winners and prize-winners. Particular attention was drawn to the
report by L. Rodionova on the topic: “Automation of the Process for Determining
Students' Physical Health Based on Web Technologies”. Lyubov presented the
results of long-term collaborative work between the research project group
“Naberezhnye Chelny is a Territory of Sports and Health” and the Faculty of
Mathematics, Informatics and Arts. A web application for inputting and analyzing
students' physical indicators, along with subsequent recommendations for
improving health levels, was presented in detail.
The student reports that have passed the review will be published in the conferenceproceedings “Challenges of the 21st Century”.
