“Dictation of Victory” to be held on 23 thousand venues in 75 countries, Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University invites you to participate in All-Russian event

On April 24, “United Russia” will hold an international event “Dictation of
Victory”. This year, 36,000 venues across 75 countries have been prepared for the
event, which has also introduced new formats and partners. By tradition,
Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University will serve as one of the venues
for the dictation.
The coordinator of the party project “Historical Memory”, head of the Central
Executive Committee of “United Russia”, and State Duma deputy Alexander
Sidyakin reported that the number of venues this year has already exceeded
previous years' figures. According to him, most venues will open in schools,
technical colleges, and universities - which is important for engaging youth.
He also noted that venues will appear on warships, nuclear icebreakers, power
plants, railway stations, airports, and cosmodromes. Furthermore, 11 Russian
airlines will conduct the dictation mid-flight. The Federation of Independent Trade
Unions of Russia will organize over 1,000 venues, while law enforcement agencies
will traditionally involve their structures - over 2,000 venues have been created for
employees, cadets, and their families. About 7,000 more venues have been
established on the initiative of citizens.
In 2026, the dictation is dedicated to Marshal Georgy Zhukov on the 130th
anniversary of his birth. Consequently, the event's emblem has been updated -
featuring a statue of the Marshal installed at the entrance to Red Square. The test
will include questions about his biography, as well as other military commanders,
writers, artists, and war veterans.
Alexander Sidyakin reminded that, on the initiative of “United Russia” chairman
Dmitry Medvedev, questions about the Special Military Operation were included
in the test, and they will be retained this year.
The tasks have been translated into ten languages: English, Arabic, French,Spanish, German, Kyrgyz, Chinese, Mongolian, Portuguese, and, for the first time,
- Korean. For international participants, some questions concern their countries'
involvement in World War II.
The chairperson of the Central Staff of the “Victory Volunteers” movement and
deputy chair of the State Duma Committee on Civil Society Development, Olga
Zanko, announced that over 30,000 volunteers will be involved in conducting the
event in Russia and abroad.
According to her, volunteers will work in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Serbia, Lebanon,
Qatar, CIS countries, as well as in countries that Russia refers to as unfriendly,
including Australia, Belgium, and Germany. She emphasized that for supporters of
the event, historical truth and gratitude are more important than political
opportunism.
For the first time, the Russian Society of the Blind has become a partner of the
event. Zanko noted that special venues will be organized for people with visual
impairments, as participation in the dictation should be accessible to everyone.
Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education Konstantin Mogilevsky reported
that the dictation will take place in more than 700 Russian universities and their
foreign branches. According to him, venues will be organized at every foreign
branch of Russian universities, and three out of five video links will originate from
universities, which he called symbolic.
The Deputy President - Chairman of the Board of Rostelecom, Dariy Khalitov,
said that over 200,000 people have already prepared for the event on the
Rostelecom Lyceum platform. Participants are assisted by an intelligent assistant -
the Russian neural network “Our Truth”, trained on materials from the Russian
Military Historical Society.
He also announced that, as part of expanding the formats, a cyber tournament forthe game “World of Tanks” is being held in conjunction with the dictation.
The coordinator of the “Historical Memory” party project in Tatarstan and Deputy
Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alsu Asadullina,
reported that 560 venues have been prepared in the republic. According to her,
knowledge can be tested in schools, universities, enterprises, and organizations.
She specified that venues will open at the Gabdulla Tukay International Airport in
Kazan, the Great Patriotic War Museum-Memorial in the Kazan Kremlin, and the
Alabuga Special Economic Zone. Kazan Federal University will organize two
foreign venues - in Uzbekistan and Egypt, where its branches operate. Alsu
Asadullina noted that interest in the event in the republic is growing annually.
It is worth recalling that the international “Dictation of Victory” will take place on
April 24 for the eighth time. The central venue will be the Victory Museum. The
tasks include questions dedicated to Georgy Zhukov and other military
commanders, as well as memorable dates of 2026 A separate section is again
devoted to the topic of the Special Military Operation.
Over seven years, the number of venues has grown 27-fold, and the number of
participants 18-fold. Students from 22,500 schools and colleges, and nearly 800
universities, have joined the event. More than 21,000 people have written the
dictation abroad.
