Vocational colleges and kindergartens are invited to take part in competition for parent initiatives

Representatives of preschool institutions and secondary vocational education
organizations are invited to take part in a competition for parent community
initiatives. The competition is aimed at developing cooperation between families
and educational institutions, as well as supporting ideas that create a comfortable
and safe environment for the younger generation. Submissions are accepted until
May 15 The competition is organized by the “Znanie” Society with the support of
the Russian Ministry of Education.
Participants can submit projects in nine categories: “Aesthetic Education”,
“Scientific Exploration”, “Socialization of At-Risk Adolescents”, as well as civic,
patriotic, spiritual and moral, physical, labor, and environmental education.
After the submission period ends, projects will be evaluated by a unified expert
council, and the list of winners will be approved by the end of June. Winners will
receive grants ranging from 200,000 to 2 million rubles and will implement their
initiatives by mid-November 2026
It is noted that a series of webinars will be held for participants, focusing on
preparing applications and using the “Electronic Budget” system. Over 40 sessions
have already taken place, with more than 5,000 attendees.
The webinars are hosted on the MAX messenger and provide an opportunity to
review common questions, mistakes, and successful practices from previous
seasons. Prior registration is required to participate. Detailed information is

The competition to support parental initiatives was announced at the first meeting
of the All-Russian Parent Committee in September 2024 At the meeting, First
Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Sergei Kiriyenko stated that the
President had ordered the allocation of 1 billion rubles from the reserve fund toimplement parental initiatives.
Over the first two seasons, more than 15,000 applications were submitted from 89
regions of Russia.1,215 projects became the winners.
