Another win! Students of Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University are winners of International WT Taekwondo Tournament RUSSIAN OPEN 2026

Students of Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University have once
again proven that strength lies not only in knowledge but also in character.
Their perseverance and determination serve as an example and are truly
inspiring. From August 7 to 10, the international WT Taekwondo tournament
RUSSIAN OPEN 2026 was held in Odintsovo. The students of NCSPU not only
delivered spectacular bouts - they demonstrated a high level of athletic skill
and achieved serious results.
In the "Adults" category, athletes from NCSPU earned several awards:

Daniil Zhdanov (weight category up to 74 kg) - 1st place;

Emil Aliev (weight category up to 80 kg) - 1st place;

Rostislav Ptitsyn (weight category up to 68 kg) - 2nd place;

Muslim Akhtaev (weight category up to 74 kg) - 2nd place;

Semyon Frolov (weight category up to 74 kg) - 3rd place.
Behind these achievements are thousands of hours of training, strict
discipline, and tremendous effort. The students' success is also the result of
the professional work of their mentors. Special gratitude should be extended
to coaches Sergei Tytkin and Alexei Lukyanov, who help the athletes unlock
their potential and achieve outstanding results. Congratulations to the
