Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University holds workshop for village school teachers

The NCSPU held a workshop on “Digital technologies in education”; the workshop took place as part of the professional training in the “Professional competency of a village school teacher in the conditions of implementation of new standards”. The members of the student scientific and methodological group “Digital technologies in primary philological education” under the scientific supervision of Svetlana Grakhova, an NCSPU Associate Professor and Alsu Mullakhmetova, a professor of the Department of Primary Education, took part in this event as consultants.

The teachers of computer science from rural schools improved their digital competencies in the area of applying cross-cutting digital technologies in the implementation of project and learning activities. During the workshop, the participants got familiar with the digital tools and their possibilities in the teachers’ practical work; they also acquired some skills in developing teaching materials.

At the end of the workshop, the participants presented the digital teaching materials which they had created during the training.
