Professors of NCSPU Center for Open Education share their experience in teaching Russian as a second language

Mohamed Ben Ahmed University of Oran 2 held the conference dedicated to distance learning, to teaching foreign languages online, in particular.

The teachers from Russia Vera Mikhailova, Alsu Vafina and Venera Noviova gave their presentations at the conference. As part of the project “Russian teacher abroad” they teach Russian as a secondary language at the Centers for Open Education.

The Russian educators told the participants of the conference about the advantages and disadvantages of teaching online. It was decided that despite the dynamic growth of distance learning in Algeria nothing can substitute real-life communication between students and professors.
