Student of Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University is winner of XI International Tatar Language and Literature Olympiad

Volga Region State Academy of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism summarized the results of the XI International Tatar Language Olympiad. Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University was represented by Alisa Fardieva, a student of the NCSPU Faculty of Philology.

More than 12 thousand schoolchildren and students from Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and also from Tatarstan and other Russian districts took part in the Olympiad online. The final phase of the Olympiad was held in Kazan; it included three stages.500 schoolchildren and students from 5 foreign countries and 27 Russian districts competed in the final stage.

The three stages included: written tasks in the Tatar language, literature, the history of Tatar people and Tatarstan, the projects on the topic “Tatarstan is the language of science and information technologies” or “The family is a continuous connection between generations.” According to the results of the Olympiad, the Grand Prix was awarded to three participants; there were 20 winners and prizewinners. Alisa Fardieva was among the winners.

The projects were evaluated by the jury which consisted of 30 educators and scholars. The jury chairman was Radik Galiullin, NCSPU Associate Professor, PhD in Philology.
