Within the framework of the XXII Spartakiad, Volleyball Tournament was held at the NCSPU

The representatives of all the NCSPU Faculties took part in the competitions.

The NCSPU men’s and women’s teams have been the winners and the prizewinners of the Republican Youth Games held by the Regional Youth Public Organization “Burevestnik”, with the assistance of the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan. An interfaculty tournament has been held at the NCSPU for the first time.

Alfinur Galiakberova, the NCSPU Rector, gave a start to the competitions and congratulated the athletes on this significant event. Aidar Akhmetov, the Dean of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports also greeted the participants. The matches have started.

All the teams were fighting hard. The places went to:

Among the women’s teams: the 1 place went to the team of the Faculty of Philology, 2 place went to the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, and 3 place went to the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports.

Among the men’s teams: the 1 place went to the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports, 2 place went to the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, and 3 place went to the students of InPeCo.
