Students are told about project “Russian teacher abroad”

The meeting with the Head of the Russian Language Center of the Ministry of Education RF Anastasia Sakaeva was held at the NCSPU Technopark. The topic was the presentation of an international humanitarian project “Russian teacher abroad.”

The project was launched in 2017; now it is being implemented in 11 countries: Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kirgizia, Vietnam, Mongolia, Serbia, Turkey, Egypt, China, Ethiopia and Algeria. In 2024-2025, the number of countries is to increase.

More than 400 Russian teachers teach Russian and other subjects in the schools abroad; conduct supplementary educational classes, hold cultural events and also prepare international students for the participation in the Russian Language Olympiads.

Anastasia Sakaeva told the students in detail about the project, the demands and conditions for the candidates. Then she answered the questions. It should be noted that the project aroused interest.

Currently, the Center for International Cooperation of the Ministry of Education RF announced an additional enrolment for the years 2023/2024 and for the reserve. The resumes can be sent at interdom.nabor2023@mail.ru
