Naberezhnye Chelny gave a start to regional phase of WorldSkills championship

The first day of the regional phase of the championship “Professional” of the Republic of Tatarstan 2024 was held at the university.

The opening ceremony was hosted by the NCSPU Technopark of universal pedagogical competencies. The NCSPU Rector Alfinur Galiakberova wished the contestants fruitful work and luck. Then the participants (the contestants and experts) took an oath.

The NCSPU has been a platform for holding this large-scale event in the competence “Teaching in a secondary school.” The contest offers such significant practical tasks for a future teacher as giving a class, an extra-curricular event and communication and interaction with parents and colleagues. All five contestants are the students of the NCSPU Industrial-Pedagogical College.

They have been seriously trained before the competition. The Department of Foreign Languages gave them a training which aimed to develop the universal skills necessary for all teachers.

With the help of modern equipment, team-building skills, self-presentation, stress resistance skills and digital skills, the participants showed their competence in dealing with the tasks. They were also given the tasks on educational management and on controlling their physical and mental condition.
