Dear professors, staff, students, graduate students, post-graduate students!

I congratulate you on the most remarkable holiday of our history – Day of the Great Victory.

No matter how many years have passed since May 1945, we’ll never forget that it was the most brutal and murderous war of the 20^th century. It was our great victory in the fight for the independence of our country, for the right to live, work, love and raise our children. It is a great honor to be the heirs of that victory! May the memory of the heroic feat of our people live in our kind actions; may it give us strength and courage to preserve the wellbeing of our country. I wish us all peace, joy and prosperity!
