Teachers-to-be take part in All-Russian Student Pedagogy Olympiad

The second-year students from group 241the NCSPU Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology Irina Skopa and Alina Koryukina take part in the second All-Russian Online Student Pedagogy Olympiad with international participation on “Forming family values at a modern Russian school”; the event is held at Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University.

The major goals of the Olympiad are:

• expanding professional pedagogical environment;

• promoting Olympic movement in pedagogical sphere;

• creating conditions for developing self-education motivation;

• shaping modern information culture for future teachers.

The Olympiad brought together many Russian pedagogical universities: there are the representatives from Moscow, Arzamas, Bishkek, Perm, Krasnoyarsk, Gorno-Altaisk, Omsk, Irkutsk, Kuibyshev, Lugansk and other cities. In total, 27 teams are taking part in the Olympiad.

The teams demonstrate creativity, the knowledge of methodology and the organizational skills.

According to the results of the first two phases of the contest, the NCSPU team “Family patrol” (under A. Safina) is in the top five. During the third phase, the students gave an extra-curricular activity. The fourth phase is a concluding one; it is called “The Pedagogy in arts.”
